  1. Best to come GYM READY but showers will be available, please bring your own towel.

  2. Hand sanitisers and spray available throughout and our teams will be cleaning all touchpoints and kit also.

  3. Usual social distancing measures apply, all areas will have reduced capacity to ensure this.

  4. We monitor CO2 levels within our spaces to ensure adequate airflow.

  5. Saunas will remain closed for now.
